Background
The Lakewood MABO Multiple Award Task Order Contract is issued by the National Park Service (NPS) to provide construction services for building and civil works repair, maintenance, renovation, and construction projects in support of NPS Regions 6, 7, & 8. The contract aims to accommodate quick and straightforward projects as well as small but complex projects.

Work Details
The construction tasks include a broad range of building and civil works repair, maintenance, renovation, and construction projects. This encompasses various project categories such as construction, repair and alteration of buildings, structures and facilities; electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems; earthwork; concrete and asphalt paving; deconstruction/demolition; roads, levees, impoundments, water control and pump stations; culverts, piers, boardwalks, gazebos; marine construction; timber construction; roofing; siding and sheet metal work; flooring; painting and wall coverings; doors, windows, entrances; restrooms, plumbing, water, wastewater services; mechanical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems; electrical wiring and lighting; fire & safety systems; sustainability (energy efficiency, renewables); historic preservation/restoration of various facilities and structures.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at all National Parks and Park units in the states of Colorado and Utah. Additionally, it includes Capulin Volcano National Monument in New Mexico and Pipe Springs National Monument in Arizona.
