Description

LOWE 291851 MOGAN CULTURAL CENTER - This project will rehabilitate interior exhibit spaces at the Mogan Center to prepare for a new exhibit. The project will result in the following: Demolition: Remove interior stairway and portion of mezzanine, and two walls to increase the exhibit space by 250 additional square feet. Replace an old wheelchair lift with a new accessible ramp for the split-level building. The contractor will provide approximately 1,500 square feet of finished out space, including new electrical circuitry, and a few interior walls, new partial ceilings, and some window & HVAC treatments.
