Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the rehabilitation of park bathhouses at Hot Springs National Park. The goal of this contract is to enhance the facilities available to visitors, ensuring they meet modern standards and provide a better experience.

This acquisition is being conducted as an Unrestricted Full and Open Competition, indicating that all qualified contractors are encouraged to submit proposals.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for various construction tasks associated with the rehabilitation of park bathhouses. Specific work requirements include:
1) Renovation of existing structures to improve functionality and aesthetics;
2) Compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations;
3) Inclusion of all necessary materials and labor in the proposal;
4) Provision of performance and payment bonds as required;
5) Submission of proposals that account for all Federal, State, and Local taxes, as this project is not tax exempt.

The magnitude of construction is estimated to be more than $10,000,000.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the award and must complete the work within 365 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
