Haskell Indian Nations University Job Order Contract (JOC) at Lawrence, KS This is solicitation for the Haskell JOC at the Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, Kansas 66046. The nature of the work is minor construction and all be performed in accordance with a Statement of Work (SOW). The solicitation will be a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation. This is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set Aside. Award will be made utilizing the Best Value Source Selection approach to the Government in accordance with FAR 15 and FAR 36. The NAICS code for this project is 236220. In accordance with FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Project, the magnitude of this project is (g) Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The period of performance will be 1-year with four (4) annual option periods, from the notice of award. The closing date for this pre-solicitation notice is Monday, May 4th, 2020.
