Description of Requirement:

This project involves replacing the siding and insulation on a 3200 sq. ft. building, along with replacing 1688 sq. ft. of skirting around the building's perimeter. The new siding will be vinyl, and the insulation will be R-18 to meet energy efficiency requirements. The skirting will be rodent-resistant to prevent intrusion. Period of performance will be 30 days ARO.
Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.

In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated:

The solicitation, plans, and specifications are expected to be posted on or about July 8th, 2025 (this is a target date which may slip or change; if the solicitation is not posted on July 8th 2025, that is because the solicitation is not available for posting). The solicitation will be available for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days once posted.
This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. The Solicitation will include information on how to obtain the plans and specifications. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the Agency posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.SAM.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusion such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment.
SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
