Background
The Great Basin National Park Lower Lehman Campground Improvement Project is issued by the National Park Service (NPS), specifically the Pacific West Region (PWR). The mission of the NPS is to preserve the natural and cultural resources of national parks for the enjoyment, education, and inspiration of this and future generations. This contract aims to enhance the facilities at Lower Lehman Campground, ensuring they meet modern standards while preserving the natural beauty of the area.

The project magnitude is estimated between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for various construction tasks under this project, including but not limited to:
1) Lower Lehman Campground Improvement and Expansion;
2) Paving a portion of Pole Canyon Road.

All work must comply with specified requirements and standards outlined in the solicitation documents. The contractor is required to furnish any necessary performance and payment bonds. The work must be executed diligently within the stipulated timeframe.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from July 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025. The contractor shall commence work within 10 calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed and complete all tasks within 120 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will take place at Great Basin National Park, specifically at Lower Lehman Campground and Pole Canyon Road in Baker, Nevada.
