Datacenter Recabling - Install Receptacles

Background
The Department of Energy (DOE), specifically the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Desert Southwest Region (DSW) Datacenter Re-cabling Project, which involves the installation of receptacles.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the electrical infrastructure within the data center to support new SCADA equipment and workstations.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete all work for the installation of dedicated 120VAC and 240VAC receptacles.

This includes installing a code-compliant underfloor gutter system capable of distributing both 120 VAC and 240 VAC branch circuits from designated electrical panels to strategically located receptacles serving new SCADA equipment racks, workstations, and supporting devices.

The total price for quotes should be less than $57,000.00, but this figure is not a ceiling or floor on quotes; contractors should ensure compliance with all requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.

Period of Performance
The contract performance will commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP) and continue through 30 calendar days after NTP.

Phoenix, AZ 85009.

Bidder Requirements
This opportunity is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Bidders must provide a firm-fixed-price quote and comply with all requirements in the Statement of Work.

Contractors are required to have appropriate licensing, bonding, and insurance as applicable for construction projects.
