AMENDMENT 1: DUE DATE CHANGED TO 08/08/2025, REVISED STATEMENT OF WORK ADDED AND CLARIFICATIONS
The Statement of Work states "A thin white outer ring around the logo should be included to frame the logo." The first picture on page 3 of the Revised Statement of Work shows the desired ratio and the client wants. They want it to fit the entirety of the top of the building so it can be easily seen from the road. Similar to what they have now, but allowing additional space for the logos to be placed (current painting is second picture on page 3). The painter will need to measure the area available to paint and then based on the area, determine the size of the letters and then the logos and provide a rendering for approval prior to painting.
The revised Statement of Work now requires that after award and prior to painting, a rendering of the design showing the layout and overall look of the sign on the building shall be submitted to the Government Point of Contact (GCP) and Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) for approval.
The gutters will not be removed and the contractor should plan to paint under and across the downspouts.
Actual painting to occur between 09/15/2025 -12/31/2025.

SITE VISIT APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE PRIOR; NO WALK-UP SITE VISITS WILL BE PERMITTED.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued.
This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238320. The small business size standard is $19.0M.
This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: The Key Largo office for Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary requires a custom painted storefront sign on the exterior of the building to distinguish it to the public, using specific branding and paint colors listed in the Statement of Work.
