Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the replacement of the Pony Pen Hay Barn at Cape Hatteras National Seashore, located on Ocracoke Island, North Carolina.

The project aims to address structural issues with the existing barn, which has deteriorated pilings and inadequate design for hay storage. The goal is to demolish the existing structure and construct a new barn that meets modern standards while retaining certain elements of the original design.

The contractor will be responsible for demolishing the existing Pony Pen Hay Barn down to its pilings and girders. The project includes:
