Background
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) in Columbia, MO is seeking to upgrade the existing hot water boilers, recirculating pump, and storage tank with efficient, modulating, condensing boilers in building A3.

This project aims to enhance energy efficiency and operational effectiveness within the facility. The contract is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the upgrade of the A3 boilers at CERC. Specific tasks include:

- Upgrading the recirculating pump and storage tank as per specifications.
