BOST 254798 - Restore Dorchester Heights Monument and Hardscapes

The work includes the construction of Dorchester Heights Monument and Hardscapes, involving tasks such as replacement of deteriorated concrete hardscape, retrofitting existing pole light fixtures, replacement of selected trees, repair of foundations and superstructure, replacement of structural floor framing and topping slabs at different levels, repair, restoration, cleaning, and re-pointing of existing brick and marble masonry, replacement of existing plinth paving, replacement of existing lead-coated copper roofing and flashing, repair and restoration of existing steel stairs, replacement in-kind of existing Level 3 steel drum enclosure at spiral stair, repair and restoration of Level 1 entry door with integral louvers for ventilation, replacement of existing Level 2 metal doors and steel lintels with integral louvers for ventilation, replacement of existing Level 3 doors with metal bird screen door, replacement of existing skylight at Lantern with gravity ventilator, replacement of existing tie rod within the Lantern, repair and select replacement of stone slabs below Level 4 structural framing, hazardous material identification, removal, and remediation.
