BLM WY STATE OFFICE FURNITURE MOVE AND CARPET DEMO

Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Wyoming State Office is seeking a contractor to relocate office furniture and perform carpet removal and flooring demolition. The work will be performed at the BLM office located at 5353 Yellowstone Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming. The contract is a firm fixed price single award contract with a magnitude less than $25,000.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a full range of services including office relocation, tear down and storage of cubicles, heavy metal storage flat files cabinets, fireproof vertical filing cabinets, equipment and related supplies. Additionally, the contractor must provide personnel and equipment necessary to accomplish the move and disposal.

The services for moving include pre-move planning, providing packaging materials, packing/crating, supervision, loading/unloading, delivery and setup. Carpet removal and flooring demo services are also required which include removal of carpet and vinyl cove baseboard from a specific area in room 109. All work must be completed in a professional manner according to standard industry practices.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from September 26, 2022 to October 28, 2022.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the BLM office located at 5353 Yellowstone Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming.
