Big Oak Flat Road and Pohono Bridge Road Striping - Mariposa County, California
Background
The National Park Service (NPS), Yosemite National Park (YOSE) located in Mariposa County has a requirement for a firm fixed price contract. The scope of this proposed contract involves application of waterborne traffic paint to 17 miles of Big Oak Flat Road, and roughly 4 miles in Yosemite Valley (Pohono Bridge to El Cap Crossover) in Yosemite National Park. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns only. The construction magnitude for this solicitation is $100,000 to $250,000.00.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all mobilization, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, site rehabilitation, clean-up, and demobilization for the application of waterborne traffic paint to the specified road sections in Yosemite National Park.
Offers received from concerns that are not Small Business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.
Award selection will be made by a comparative evaluation of offers after consideration of price and other non-price factors (technical capability and past performance).
