PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Rehabilitate Maryland District Resource Management Envelope Building Roof and Maintenance Building Exterior at Assateague Island NS (ASIS), Berlin, MD 21811.
PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13 to the offeror that provides the best value to the Government based on price and prior experience.
SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive women owned small business set-aside acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the solicitation.
NAICS CODE: 238160 Roofing Contractors with a small business size standard of $16.5M.
MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000.
DURATION: The contract performance period is expected to be 90 calendar days after notice to proceed.
SITE VISIT: An organized site visit has been scheduled for August 17, 2022 at 10:00 AM.
