Background
The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) is a Major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB) conducting Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) missions for the Department of Defense (DOD), commercial customers, and other agencies. It is located near the Arizona-California border and covers 1,300 square miles. The mission is to support the Warfighter through test and evaluation.

Work Details
The contract requires non-personal services to provide Aviation Ground and Flight Operations, Aviation Maintenance, Airfield Services, Travel, Contractor Manpower Reporting, and Aviation Support Services at USAYPG. The period of performance includes a 45-day phase-in period starting from September 14 to October 31, 2018, a base period from November 1, 2018, to October 31, 2019, and four one-year options for a total of five years.

The contract also includes quality control requirements such as a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Quality Assurance (QA) evaluations by the government.
