YSI Inc. - EXO and ProDSS Sondes and Probes

Background
The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 1, New England Regional Laboratory (NERL) located at 11 Technology Drive, North Chelmsford, MA requires the purchase of YSI Inc. EXO and ProDSS Sondes and Probes. The purpose of this purchase is to replace nonfunctioning equipment and to optimize the performance and lifetime of the existing YSI equipment to ensure scientifically sound and defensible data in long- and short-term water quality monitoring, groundwater, and other water-related projects.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of specific YSI Inc. equipment including:

- Two (2) EXO2 Sonde with 100 Meter Depth and 7 Sensor Ports;
- One (1) EXO1s Sonde with No Battery, 100 Meter Depth and 4 Sensor Ports;
- Ten (10) EXO Optical Dissolved Oxygen (ODO) Sensor Cap Replacement Kits;
- Five (5) ProDSS ODO Sensor Cap Replacement Kits;
- Five (5) ProDSS pH/ORP sensor modules;
- Two (2) ProDSS ODO sensors;
- One (1) ProDSS pH/ORP sensor;
- Two (2) ProDSS Conductivity sensors.

All equipment must meet manufacturer specifications, be capable of connecting probes, calibrating, and reading/recording data. Firmware must be updated to the latest version upon servicing. The vendor is responsible for providing technical support during business hours and ensuring that all parts function according to ISO standards. The vendor must also provide manuals and documentation for each piece of equipment delivered.
