Description

This requirement is for non-personal services. The Contractor shall provide 15 hours a week for 52 weeks of Youth Ministry Services. The 15 hours per week will be coordinated with the Senior Chaplain upon award of the contract. The Contractor shall provide personnel to establish, implement and maintain a strategy, and comprehensive plan for a Youth Ministry Program for the Chapel located on Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH). Contractor Personnel shall perform the specific tasks in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Background
This contract is issued by the Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) for non-personal services aimed at establishing a comprehensive Youth Ministry Program for the Chapel located on MCBH. The program is designed to support Christian nondenominational religious youth ministries for school students, addressing specific youth ministry needs and enhancing the services provided by the Religious Ministries Department.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide 15 hours of Youth Ministry Services per week for 52 weeks, coordinated with the Senior Chaplain. Key tasks include:

- Establishing and implementing a strategy and comprehensive plan for the Youth Ministry Program.
- Coordinating chapel-related youth ministry activities.
- Collaborating with local schools, churches, and youth agencies.
- Providing a station-wide Christian Religious Program.
- Developing promotional campaigns.
- Maintaining records of supplies, materials, and attendance.
- Providing a syllabus or lesson plan.

Specific programs include AWANA, Vacation Bible School (VBS), Sunday Children Church, and Holiday Events. The Contractor is also responsible for recruiting and training adult volunteers, maintaining a volunteer roster, forecasting ministry resources and budget requirements, drafting advertising materials for youth activities, and ensuring compliance with performance standards.
