Background
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the DEA Youth After School Programs as part of its National Community Outreach Engagement Strategy. This initiative aims to address ongoing drug threats across the country by engaging youth in positive after-school activities that promote drug prevention and awareness.

The DEA seeks to establish a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for these services, which will support local drug abuse awareness and prevention efforts through community coalition building, youth engagement, and educational outreach.

Work Details
The contractor will provide various after-school programming services, including but not limited to: STEM programs (in-person and virtual), dance, martial arts, soccer, basketball, baseball, teen academies, wellness events, and community health initiatives. Each program is expected to reach an average of 20 students and will include launch assemblies to promote participation.

The programs will run for approximately 20 weeks or 20 hours and conclude with a capstone event showcasing the students' achievements. The contractor must coordinate with local DEA field offices to determine program locations and needs while providing drug prevention education to instructors and coaches. Deliverables include monthly status reports detailing implementation efforts, student engagement metrics, and an end-of-program report summarizing outcomes.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this BPA is from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2031, covering one base year plus four consecutive one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in various locations across the United States as determined by the DEA field divisions.
