Background
The U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown (TRACEN YORKTOWN/TCY), located at 1 U.S. Coast Guard Training Center, Yorktown, VA 23690, operates a comprehensive fitness facility that supports approximately 745 permanent personnel and up to 800 students daily.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance on gym equipment listed in Exhibit 1. This includes:
- Performing bi-monthly preventative maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
- Preventative maintenance tasks include cleaning and inspecting all equipment surfaces and moving parts, tightening bolts, screws, and fasteners, checking for worn or damaged cables and components, and lubricating moving parts such as treadmill belts and bike chains.
- Providing timely corrective maintenance including emergency repairs for all specified equipment.

Period of Performance
Base Year from August 15, 2026 to September 14, 2027 with four option years extending through September 14, 2031.
