Background
The U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Yellowstone & Grand Teton Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) 2024. The primary objective is to solicit qualified firms for Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC), covering a 5-year period, for Highway/Bridge/Road projects in Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, and projects in the surrounding area within approximately 100 air-miles of any Yellowstone or Grand Teton Park boundary. The Federal Highway Administration plans to award up to eight Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contracts, anticipating at least two will be reserved for Small Business concerns.

Work Details
The scope of work includes bridge, highway, and road construction. Associated work such as survey, utility relocation, parking lots, and trails may be included.
The combined maximum quantity to be ordered over the life of all awarded contracts is $600,000,000. The combined maximum quantity for the MATOC contracts is calculated as the sum of all Task Order awards and Task Order Modifications. Each MATOC contract will be for a 5-year period. Task Orders will vary in size, ranging from approximately $4 million to $150 million. Task Orders may be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) or FFP with economic price adjustments.

Period of Performance
The contract will cover a 5-year period.

Place of Performance
Construction projects will take place in Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, and the surrounding area within approximately 100 air-miles of any Yellowstone or Grand Teton Park boundary.
