Background
The Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) is organized by the Department of the Army to support service members and their families during transitions. This contract aims to facilitate an event scheduled from January 22 to January 27, 2025, in Atlantic City, NJ, providing essential services and support for attendees.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary supplies, equipment, facilities, and services required for the YRRP event. Specific tasks include:

1. Setting up a registration area with six tables and chairs for attendee sign-in and orientation packages.

2. Providing two help tables for government staff to assist attendees with questions throughout the event.

3. Supplying water stations in various meeting areas with disposable cups available during specified hours.

4. Providing round and rectangular tables covered with clean tablecloths and padded chairs for extended meetings.

5. Ensuring a bulk copier/printer is available for an estimated 3,000 copies with color and black-and-white capabilities.

6. Setting up up to ten breakout rooms with wireless internet access from Friday through Sunday of the event.

7. Arranging sleeping accommodations for up to 345 attendees at the venue or an overflow venue within one mile if necessary, adhering to government per diem rates.
