Background
The United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) oversees all United States Army Reserve units and is responsible for their staffing, training, management, and deployment.

The Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) is a congressionally mandated initiative aimed at providing information, services, referrals, and proactive outreach programs to Reserve Component Service members and their families throughout the deployment cycle.

The goal of this contract is to support a one-time YRRP event scheduled from January 22 to January 27, 2025, in Atlantic City, NJ.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary facilities, personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services required for the YRRP event. Specific tasks include:
1. Provisioning lodging for attendees and staff.
2. Arranging parking and meals for participants.
3. Providing meeting space that accommodates up to 300 attendees plus guests.
4. Ensuring adequate audio-visual and computer connections are available at the venue.
5. Offering secure storage space for materials related to the event.
6. Creating a conducive learning environment for presentations and training sessions during the event.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from January 22, 2025, to January 27, 2025.
