Background
The Iowa Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide services for the 2-34th Brigade Combat Team (BCT) Yellow Ribbon Event, scheduled for August 14-15, 2026, in Waterloo, IA.

This event is part of the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP), which aims to support service members and their families by providing information about available assistance and services. The Warrior and Family Services Branch (WFSB) plays a crucial role in supporting families during deployment cycles, ensuring they are prepared for the stresses of military service.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, travel, and quality control necessary to conduct the Yellow Ribbon Event as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Specific tasks include:
1. Providing sleeping rooms and meeting spaces for attendees.
2. Offering meals during the event.
3. Ensuring that all services are delivered within a twenty-five (25) mile radius from 3106 Airport Blvd, Waterloo, IA 50703.
4. Maintaining an adequate workforce to ensure uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined in the PWS.
5. Coordinating with local, state, and federal organizations to enhance the readiness and resiliency of service members and their families.
