This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote W50S83-23-Q-0001.

The 101st Air Refueling Wing, Maine Air National Guard, will conduct its Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) Post-Deployment event on Saturday, 1 April 2023 from 0600-1700. They are seeking a family-friendly facility in the Greater Bangor, ME area to provide conference space, meeting rooms, audio-visual, meals, and snacks for the event. The Government is anticipating 150 attendees.

Submit written offers IAW the attached Quotation Template or on a form containing the same information. To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of the proposals, offerors shall follow the instructions contained herein. Offers shall be submitted as a single electronic package to the Primary Point of Contact (POC) email address not later than the date and time identified within this notice. The offer must be complete and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Please note that electronic funds transfer through WAWF is the ONLY acceptable means of invoicing and payment. Refer to https://piee.eb.mil for registration information. Offerors must provide their UEI number, CAGE/NCAGE code, and confirmation of their registration along with their quote. Offers shall be evaluated based on the offeror who represents the best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest priced offeror if deemed in the Government s best interest. Vendors are authorized to submit more than one quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01 and DFARS DPN 20230301. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 561920 and Size Standard of $17.5M apply to this procurement.

1. Quotes shall conform to the CLIN structure as established in the Quotation Template.
2. Quotes shall be valid through 04/22/2023
3. All questions or comments must be provided to the Contract Specialist (CS) in writing via email NLT Tuesday, 21 March 2023 at 2:00 p.m. EST. Answers will be posted the next day. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted.
4. Quotes must be sent to Contracting Office, 101.MSG.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil no later than Thursday, 23 March 2023, at 2:00 p.m. EST.

The contract will be Firm Fixed Price with the CLIN structure reflected on the Quotation Template.
