Description

YELL NP diesel #1, diesel #2, red dye diesel/heating oil, unleaded 87 octane gasoline, and B99 Renewable Diesel fuels for various locations park wide.
Background
The National Park Service contemplates single award of a Time & Materials (T&M), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and will include a fixed price (FP) surcharge for indirect costs for each line-item as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor. This IDIQ does not contain options; the resulting award will contain a three-year ordering period.

Work Details
The acquisition is in support of Yellowstone National Park (YELL) for blended fuel supply at multiple locations throughout the park. Deliveries shall be made on an auto fill basis. Awarded contractor shall follow B08 Attachment - YELL Road Openings & Closing 2021-2024 and all updated road opening/closing documents provided between 2025 and 2027.
All deliveries shall be FOB Destination and billed monthly. The last date a delivery order can be placed is 7/31/2027.
