Yell Automatic Tank Gauge Repairs

Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation to support the maintenance and repair of the fuel tank monitoring system at Yellowstone National Park. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the fuel tank monitoring system operates at optimal standards, thereby supporting the park's operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Repair the fuel tank monitoring system to operational standards.
2. Remove a Veeder Root TLS-350 system.
3. Install a new EVO400 Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) with printer or an equivalent product.
4. Install all new interstitial sensors and probes compatible with the existing government fuel monitoring system located at the East Entrance of Yellowstone National Park.
5. Remove existing tank probe and gas float kits, and install new 4" Gas/Diesel Float Kits and new 10' tank inventory/leak detection probes.
6. Replace one interstitial sensor with a new compatible sensor.
7. Install an overfill alarm.
8. Provide specific records related to tanks, piping, and other information required for performing this work.
9. Ensure proper disposal of all waste generated during repairs, including providing a Waste Manifest for any hazardous waste.

Period of Performance
The contract work is scheduled to commence on August 20, 2024, and must be completed by November 1, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Yellowstone National Park, specifically at the East Entrance Fuel Tank located at 15 Pika Circle, East Entrance, Yellowstone National Park, WY 82190.
