Background
The solicitation is for the Yatesville & Paintsville Lake Paving project, with an estimated order of magnitude between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This is a total small business set aside procurement.

Work Details
The work involves repair and paving of access roads and parking lots at Yatesville Lake and Paintsville Lake locations. The contractor is required to perform various tasks including progress meetings, preinstallation conferences, called meetings, mobilization to the jobsite within 60 calendar days of contract award, submission of digital photographs at full resolution in Adobe PDF format with identifying information for each photographic image, view location map submission, and payment submission prior to or with the first digital photograph submittals.
Additionally, the contractor must schedule and administer weekly construction progress meetings, coordinate project progress, maintain quality and work standards, and comply with environmental protection requirements.

Period of Performance
The performance period is negotiable and the contractor shall begin performance within 260 calendar days and complete it within 20 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for the contract performance are Yatesville Lake and Paintsville Lake.
