Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing a pre-solicitation announcement for a proposed contract action to construct a new Procurement Warehouse at the Savannah River Site (SRS) near Aiken, SC. This project aims to provide a fully designed facility that supports the agency's operational needs.

Work Details
The construction contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to build a fully sprinklered, single-story, pre-engineered metal building. The warehouse will include:
- A loading dock area
- High bay open warehouse space
- A small office area and MEP spaces
- The building will cover approximately 22,050 square feet and accommodate office space for six personnel.
- The design features insulated metal wall panels over vinyl-backed metal building batt insulation and a standing seam metal roof over two-layer batt metal building insulation (vinyl backed).
- Interior spaces will consist of cold-formed metal studs and painted gypsum board, protected with an 18-inch floor-mounted barricade system.
- The existing site is expected to be graded with stormwater management and underground utilities installed to predetermined connection points prior to construction.

Period of Performance
540 calendar days following the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
