THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO: Incorporate NCP-ECD-012 as requested in Projnet and incorporate changes to the Specifications. THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO, EXTEND THE RFP PROPOSAL DUE DATE UNTIL 5 NOVEMBER 2025. POST SITE VISIT SIGN IN SHEET, and MODIFIED SECTION 00 21 00 INSTRUCTIONS. CHANGES ARE IN RED.US Army Corps of Engineers Charleston District has a requirement for a Y810 Procurement Warehouse Construction. The anticipated construction requirements will be predominantly under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS: The only authorized transmission method for a proposal in response to this solicitation is electronically via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. NO OTHER TRANSMISSION METHODS (EMAIL, FACSIMILE, REGULAR MAIL, HAND CARRIED, ETC.) WILL BE ACCEPTED.
