Grave site expansion at Omaha National Cemetery, 4250 Schram Road Omaha, NE 68138. Project No. 935CM3002.
Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), anticipates awarding a Firm, Fixed Priced contract. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, and equipment necessary for a Burial Expansion at Omaha National Cemetery providing General Construction and Pre-Placed Crypts.

Work Details
The scope of the project includes the construction of a new niche columbarium plaza, precast concrete crypt burial section, and precast concrete urn vault burial section. Work includes but is not limited to demolition, site preparation, erosion control, precast concrete, excavation, backfilling, grading, foundations, footings, columbaria, irrigation, landscaping, flower watering stations, signage, storm drainage, utilities, road pavement, curbs, and certain other items and specific tasks as further defined by the drawings and specifications.

Period of Performance
The total performance period for this project is 540 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
