Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), is issuing this solicitation for the expansion of columbaria and in-ground cremains burial at the Fayetteville National Cemetery. This project aims to enhance the burial options available to veterans and their families, aligning with the agency's mission to honor and provide for those who have served in the military.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction tasks outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and related documents. Key tasks include:

1. Expansion of columbaria facilities;
2. In-ground cremains burial site development;
3. Construction of an administration building, restroom facilities, material storage shelter, equipment storage structure, committal shelter, entrance gate, hazmat storage enclosure, and service building;
