Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a Contractor to provide all Management and Supervision, Labor, Equipment, Material, Supplies, etc., necessary and required to provide Cemetery Expansion construction services at the Beaufort National Cemetery as defined and described applicable Local, State and Federal laws and regulations the Scope of Work and Specifications herein. This Invitations for Bids (IFB) procurement opportunity is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small-Business, (SDVOSB) firms; Authority 38 U.S.C. 8127 (Public Law 109-461).

Work Details
The scope of this project is to implement the existing cemetery masterplan to provide additional burial sites, and correct Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) items. The project includes: 1. Architectural renovations to the Administration Building, including associated pedestrian pavements, drainage and grading, planting, and irrigation. 2. Architectural renovations to the Old Maintenance Building, including associated vehicular pavements and planting.
3.. Expansion of the equipment yard and adjacent parking at the New Maintenance Building, including gate changes and new fence and gate and relocation of Well 1 controls, associated vehicular and pedestrian pavements, drainage and grading, subdrainage, signage, planting, irrigation.
4. New preplaced crypts sections, including associated drainage and grading, Section Monuments, Gravesite Control Markers, planting, irrigation, flower watering stations.
5. New columbaria, including tree protection, associated vehicular and pedestrian pavements, drainage and grading, subdrainage, 3 site signs, planting, irrigation, 2 flower watering stations.
6. New in-ground cremains sections, including associated drainage and grading, Section Monuments
