PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE NOTE: This Pre-Solicitation 36C78621B0020, Replaces the Cancelled Pre-Sol 36C78621B0011 New Construction Contract (FY-21) Pre-Solicitation No. 36C78621B0020 Project No. 803CM3014 Description: Gravesite Expansion, Phase 1 Project SUBJECT: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NC), is Soliciting BIDs under IFB, Solicitation Number 36C78621B0020 for the Bath National Cemetery, located at VA Medical Center, **(San Juan Ave) ** Bath, NY 14810. The Acquisition type will be an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The IFB will utilize the Electronic BID delivery and Telephone Bid Opening process. The process will be outlined in the forthcoming Solicitation. DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA) has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract and the Contractor shall provide all, Labor, Equipment, Material, Tools, Supplies, and Professional Supervision necessary to Construct Gravesite Expansion, Phase 1 Project, in newly acquired land adjacent to the existing Cemetery at the Bath National Cemetery, Bath, New York; In Accordance With (IAW) Solicitation Plans, Statement of Work (SOW), Specifications and Drawings . The Construction Contractor shall provide labor, material, tools, equipment, professional supervision required for the construction and performance of all work In Accordance With (IAW) the Solicitation Plans, Specifications, Drawings, required permits, terms and conditions. Bid Item: CLIN 0001 (Base Contract); Gravesite Expansion, Phase 1 Project, per Construction Documents. Bid Item: CLIN 0002 (PPC); Procurement and delivery to Site of required number of Pre-Placed Crypts (PPC). PER VAAR 836.204 COST MAGNITUDE: BETWEEN $2,000,000 AND $5,000,000. METHOD OF AWARD: THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES AWARD OF A FIRM FIXED-PRICE (FFP) CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT UNDER SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET ASIDE.
