Background

1. CLIN 0001 - BASE BID: General construction involving installation of all work shown on the plans and described in the specifications. This includes rehabilitation of cemetery road pavements, curbs, gutters, and sidewalks.

2. CLIN 0002 - BID OPTION 1: Installation of additional work as specified in the plans.

3. CLIN 0003 - BID OPTION 2: Installation of further specified work as indicated in the plans.

4. CLIN 0004 - BID OPTION 3: Installation of additional work as defined in the specifications. All work must adhere to National Cemetery Administration standards and be conducted during normal business hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm) Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.
