Background
The solicitation is for the Y1PC-JBNC Phase 5C Construction RFP for Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Work Details
The construction tasks include all work within the Scope of Work such as site development work, general conditions, general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, electrical work, utility systems, irrigation, landscaping and construction of in-ground cremains and pre-placed crypts. Additionally, there is an add alternate for improving paving grades at two locations on the Jefferson Barracks Division Campus. The solicitation also includes detailed instructions for bidding material and bid guarantee requirements.
