The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Construction and Facilities Management issues this Solicitation, 36C10F20R0056, for Phase 4 expansion of Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas. This requirement is being procured as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside. This project will construct additional gravesites and cemetery improvements on the existing cemetery (new Administration building, renovation of existing maintenance building, administrative building, soil storage building) and includes development of approximately 56 acres of land, approximately 12,430 pre-placed crypt full casket gravesites, 615 oversize pre-placed crypt casket gravesites, approximately 600 traditional gravesites, approximately 3,000 in-ground cremains, approximately 300-gravesite Hybrid Natural (Green) Burial Section, earthwork, drainage, fencing, roads, parking, access, utilities, site improvements, signage and site furnishings, and a new irrigation system.

Work is to complete within 900 calendar days of receipt of Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of construction cost for this project is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System is 237990 and the small business size standard is $39.5 Million.
