Background
The solicitation is for the construction of a new parking structure at the Loma Linda VAMC (VA-24-00000683). The contract is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. The contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, and supervision to complete the new parking structure according to the attached specifications and drawings. The work includes completing the entire project within 529 calendar days after receiving the NOTICE TO PROCEED. There is also an option for a Deduct Alternate No.1, which involves removing half of the top level of the parking structure. The contractor must provide a lump sum price for each Line Item in whole dollar values. Bid materials consisting of drawings, specifications, and contract forms are included and/or attached as part of this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
