This is now reduced to a minimum value of $15M. Project Experience of At least two (2) construction projects that executed specified phasing identified in a CD package (specs and drawings). This is now reduced to a requirement of one (1) construction project that executed specified phasing identified in a CD package (specs and drawings). Project Experience of At least two (2) construction projects that required limited staging and laydown near the project site. This is now reduced to a requirement of one (1) construction project that required limited staging and laydown near the project site. Evaluation Methodology: The following elements within methodology are updated: All projects are at least $20 Million in value and have a Period of Performance over 365 days that consistently required off-hours work, that includes some evenings, weekends and other off-hours work.
