The VA Brockton Campus requires a contractor to provide professional services to provide all equipment labor and materials for Project # 523A5-24-011 MRI Generator UST Project. Installation of a 2,500 gallon Underground Storage Tank (UST) for the MRI Emergency Generator BLDG 3, installation and startup of a new Eaton 93PM Power Conditioner, and UPS for the MRI for the Brockton VAMC Campus located at 940 Belmont St. Brockton, MA in accordance with the Statement of work, Specifications, and Drawings. Contractor to provide all equipment Labor and materials for installation and startup of a new Emergency Generator, Power Conditioner, and UPS for BLDG 3 MRI. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237120 and the size standard is $45 Million. The solicitation is being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) under FAR Part 14. A bid bond is required, and the bid guarantee amount shall be at least 20 percent of the bid price but shall not exceed $3 million. This project is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
