Background
The Georgia National Cemetery Expansion Phase II project is issued by the National Cemetery Administration (NCA) and aims to implement the existing masterplan and provide additional burial opportunities at the Georgia National Cemetery. The project also includes correcting items identified in the Facility Condition Assessment (FCA). The contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.

Work Details
The scope of this project includes constructing approximately 6,624 pre-placed double-depth crypts in 3’x8’ plots, 362 oversized preplaced double-depth crypts in 5’x10’ plots, 294 traditional full casket gravesites in 5’x10’ plots, 6,944 in-ground cremation sites in 4’x4’ plots, and 7,300 columbarium niches. Additionally, it involves renovating administrative/maintenance buildings, improving Facility Condition Assessment (FCA), and replacing service emblems. The project also requires adherence to Davis Bacon Wages and completion within 548 days after receipt of award.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from the date of receipt of award to completion within 548 days.
