AWARDED FIRM: Global Urban Enterprise L.L.C. DESCRIPTION OF CONTRACT: The purpose of this project is to provide the WNYNC with a functional permanent Maintenance Complex with an option for an Honor Guard Building in the base contract. The project will also include building a Storage Yard, Material Storage Building, Pole Barn, and Outsourced Contractor Yard. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and design-build services, and incidental related costs including, but not limited to, demolition of existing construction (as needed). Contractor shall completely prepare all schematic design development and construction of: Maintenance building to have 19 space parking lot, concrete sidewalks, and relocated temporary committal shelter to serve as an employee break area and security fencing, gates, and lighting. The outsourced contractor yard to include security fencing and gates. Maintenance Complex to include site signage, sidewalks, decorative perimeter fencing, roads, walks, grading, drainage, and landscaping.
