Background
The Los Angeles National Cemetery is seeking to construct a new Maintenance Complex as part of its ongoing efforts to maintain and improve the facility. The goal of this contract is to address deficiencies identified in the Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) and to enhance the operational capabilities of the cemetery's maintenance services.

Work Details
The contract involves general construction tasks including:
1. Correcting FCA deficiencies as outlined in the attached Statement of Work, Bid Drawings, and Bid Specifications.
2. Construction of a Maintenance Facility, which includes installation of all work shown on the plans and described in the specifications.
3. Bid Options for additional fencing types:
- Bid Option 1: Eastern Ornamental Fencing
- Bid Option 2: Northern Perimeter Fencing
- Bid Option 3: Western Ornamental Fencing
- Bid Option 4: Historic preservation work as defined in the plans and specifications.
All construction services must adhere to the standards set forth in the attached documents, including compliance with wage determinations and other regulatory requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon receipt of the notice to proceed and will be completed within 365 days from that date.
