Background
The Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing a solicitation for construction Project #668-CSI-008, Expand and Renovate Building for Additional MRI at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, Washington. The project will be procured as 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

Work Details
The scope of work includes adding 2,250 gsf and renovating 2,700 gsf to accommodate an additional MRI with associated facilities such as toilet rooms, waiting areas, changing rooms, and circulation. The project aims to mitigate site, structural, and building system issues along with PSDM compliance to provide increased services. The contractor is required to adhere to the National CAD Standards (NCS) for drafting and drawing. The project duration is expected to be 730 calendar days.
