This notice serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for construction Project #668-CSI-008, Expand and Renovate Building for Additional MRI. Please refer to the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) for details. This project will be procured as 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45M. The magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Veterans Affairs will issue the solicitation on or about January 22, 2024, via SAM.gov.
