Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract activity at the same VA Orlando Lake Baldwin campus, with prior awards under solicitation numbers that suggest continuity of work in the area. For example, Mission Critical Electrical & Mep Solutions was awarded 36C24826C0018 (Improved Lake Baldwin Electrical Distribution, Project 675-23-801) for $3,266,685, and Contract And Purchasing Solutions was awarded 36C24823C0087 (Renovate Building 500 Eye and Audiology Clinic) for $2,415,765; both involve construction/renovation efforts at the Lake Baldwin facility. The current scope—exterior site deficiencies such as repaving, parking lot repairs, sidewalk coverings, and designation signs—appears to align as a continuation of campus-wide deficiency remediation rather than an unrelated new location or discipline.
