Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the construction of a Facility for Mental Health and Primary Care Alternative Modalities at the Mathers VAMC. The project aims to provide mental health and primary care services through construction work.

Work Details
The contractor is required to complete all construction tasks necessary for the Facility for Mental Health and Primary Care Alternative Modalities project within 730 calendar days after receiving the NOTICE TO PROCEED. The work includes general construction, as well as the option for deduct alternatives if the proposal price exceeds the available budget. The contractor must submit pricing in whole dollar values and attend any Post Award conference convened by the contracting activity or contract administration subpart 42.5.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Mathers VAMC, as specified in the solicitation.
