Chiller Plant construction-Erie VAMC Project Number 562-14-115   3

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Erie, PA is soliciting for the construction of a Chiller Plant for the Erie VAMC. The contractor shall perform the work in accordance with the plans and specifications. Project Number 562-14-115. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, tools, supervision, equipment, permits, testing and reports in accordance with all federal, state and local codes and regulations. The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Period of Performance will be 365 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Set-Aside Information: This solicitation is to be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside (SDVOSB). The NAICS code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $36.5 Million.

Amendment 003 is issued to extend the proposal due date to 8/13/2020.
