Pre-Solicitation Notice

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is planning to solicit bids for a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Design-Bid-Build Create Cardiovascular Center Minor Construction project at the Lake Nona VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Orlando, Florida.
