Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing a contract for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction at the Nashville Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). The mission of the VA is to provide high-quality healthcare services to veterans. This project aims to enhance the infrastructure necessary for effective healthcare delivery. The goal of the contract is to upgrade and renovate existing spaces impacted by infrastructure improvements, ensuring that the facilities meet modern standards and requirements.

Work Details
The work includes comprehensive infrastructure upgrades and renovations, specifically: electrical upgrades, bonding, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) installations, building management system interfaces, HVAC improvements, communication enhancements, physical security upgrades, and fiber infrastructure installation campus-wide.

Additionally, modifications will be made to impacted roads, walks, grading and drainage systems, and other existing utilities. The project also involves updates to the Data Center and hazardous material abatement. The specific buildings involved in this project include Buildings 1, 1A, Acre, and the Parking Garage along with associated work in other indicated buildings. All work must adhere to the attached specifications and drawings.

Period of Performance
The entire project must be completed no later than 630 calendar days after the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the Nashville VAMC located in Nashville, Tennessee.
