INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates soliciting bids and subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction at the Cleveland VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 10701 East Blvd, Cleveland, Ohio 44106 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) Project will upgrade the VAMC Electrical, Mechanical, and OIT Infrastructure. This project work includes general construction, alterations, site work, mechanical work, electrical work, necessary removal of existing construction and certain other items. Contractor shall reference the project specifications and drawings for full details pertaining to the project ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation will be issued as a Invitation for Bid (IFB) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 14 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offers received from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5 million. This project is planned for advertising in early July 2022. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of construction is between $20,000,000.00 and $50,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 (size standard $39.5 million) applies to this procurement. The duration of the project is currently estimated at 365 calendar days from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. This notice is not a request for competitive offers.
