Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for the renovation of Building T111 at the Boise Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The goal of this project is to update the building to align more closely with existing campus architecture and to provide minor updates to its interior. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering professional construction services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and management necessary to complete the renovation of Building T111 in accordance with the SOW, contract drawings, and specifications. The scope of work includes:

- Demolition
- Site preparation
- Civil work
- Structural modifications
- Architectural updates
- Mechanical installations
- Plumbing work
- Electrical systems installation
- Fire suppression systems
- Fire alarm systems.

All work must be performed while minimizing disruption to the hospital's operations and adhering to safety and infection control protocols.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will last for 274 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the Boise Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 500 W. Fort St., Boise, ID 83702.
